There are many things we’re proud of here at Endicott – and the community of employees and faculty that we’ve built is most certainly high on the list. So it was such a wonderful pleasure to see our inclusion once again on the Chronicle of Higher Education’s list of Great Colleges to Work For 2012.
Each year Endicott surveys the most recent graduating class to find out where our graduates are employed and continuing their education. Data collection starts six months after graduation and continues for several months. Just released are the results for May 2010 graduates from the undergraduate day division, and we’re quite pleased with the results!
Yesterday we announced some exciting news – a new survey by The Chronicle of Higher Education named Endicott as one of the best colleges in the nation to work for. The survey results, released in The Chronicle’s fourth annual report on The Academic Workplace, are based on a survey of nearly 44,000 employees at 310 colleges and universities.
